Unfortunately, my experience, particularly after getting funded, has been far from the inspiring message they promote. Let’s start with the platform. During the evaluation phase, everything seemed smooth. However, once I passed and got funded, technical issues began to surface. Execution delays became frequent, slippage increased noticeably, and there were random disconnections at critical moments—something I never experienced with my personal broker or even during the trial stages with The5ers. It almost felt like a different system entirely post-funding. For a firm that claims to support traders and provide the right tools, this was a major red flag. Moreover, support became less responsive after I was funded. While they’re quick to engage and encourage you during the evaluation process, the tone shifts noticeably once you’re in. It starts to feel less like a partnership and more like you're on your own—despite their promises of guidance and education. Their statement, “It’s not only about the money for us,” feels disingenuous when their backend issues and lack of support post-funding suggest otherwise. If anything, it is about the money—but not in the collaborative, long-term way they pitch. It’s about volume and pushing traders through the evaluation system. The5ers might have started with good intentions, but at this point, the gap between what they claim and what they deliver is too wide to ignore. Traders deserve transparency, reliable technology, and actual support—especially after passing the evaluation. Until those things are addressed, I can’t recommend this firm.
