To be honest at first I was pleased with the service because the agents replied quickly and gave satisfactory answers. Now as I am awaiting my withdrawal I have a lot of issues, the agent's aren't responding. I'm always getting told to wait for hours when they eventually get back to me after ages. If I do get my withdrawal I will come back and say so but for now I'm still just going back and forth with the prop firm and I'm disappointed. It's so quick when one buys a challenge but it's not the same for withdrawals.
